Crosstalk or echo as it is sometimes referred to is often caused by using an extension cable. If you must use an extension cable be sure to use separate mic and headphone cables until the very end, before combining it into a single jack with our included Y adapter. If this does not solve the issue or you are not using an extension cable please contact our customer service team.
