Do you need a bit more length from your boom? Or maybe you need to mount the ModMic on the opposite (right) side of your headphones. This video has all the information you will need to manipulate the boom. 

A Note on Mixers & XLR equipment: Please be aware that attaching the ModMic to a mixer or field recorder requires 12v phantom power or 5v plug-in-power only. Do not plug the ModMic into sources that output 24v or 48v phantom power.
